Thanksgiving is Thursday, and its the beginning of what feels like 6 weeks of food induced comas, and eggnog drinks of any kind and wishing for elastic pants.

I love the taste of the holidays, and, just like all the other girls, I’m not so fond of the pounds that get packed on along with those fabulous flavors.

So, when I’m forced into the kitchen for holiday food this year (as I am not one who loves the kitchen….), I will be taking the advice of my very food and calorie savvy friends Staci and Sarah to making my food from Skinny Gina over at
