Country Style Wedding at Jardin Del Sol | Snohomish | Julia and Kevin

Julia and Kevin are beautiful people. You can tell within 5 minutes of talking to them how much they care for their friends, family and each other. They were married on a typical rainy spring Seattle day at Jardin Del Sol in Snohomish and they were determined to not let the rain ruin their outdoor wedding. Their wedding was beautiful and full of excitement and awesome details and the rain even let up in time for their ceremony!
I loved all the details that they put together, especially since they had a mere three months from engagement to wedding. Julia’s brother Lee wouldn’t have been able to be at the wedding unless they had it this spring, so once the ring was on her finger, they got to planning! That is how important family is to this duo 🙂

Their colors were pale yellow and slate grey infused with a little bit of country to honor Julia’s upbringing, and it was fantastic. There is nothing better than photographing a wedding with amazing details! Maybe that’s just me and my love of details and how it brings out the couple’s personalities, but you can tell how much they thought out it all from the favors of their favorite steak rub to the vintage beat up Ford that served as their guest table and the cowboy boots all the girls wore. I think my favorite addition was the lemons that were here and there and everywhere. They had buckets of lemons lining the ceremony aisle, which I found super clever.

Julia was raidiant in her amazing dress and it was amazing to watch Kevin’s eyes twinkle whenever his eyes found his new wife.

Thank you for sharing such an amazing day with me Julia and Kevin!!!

I didn’t see this blog post until your more recent one but I LOVE the sparklers. It is so rare I can do that on my own so when I see it along with so many other great photos, it is a real treat. What a cute idea with the boots… and the lemons… and the everything. 😉
