Natalie and Steven are getting married this July at the Pan Pacific Hotel. From what they’ve told me, the wedding is going to be spectacular. These two are so in sync that what else could it be? They joked and laughed a bunch through the shoot and were down for any of my ideas, no matter what or where I took them. I love being around people with such spirit as these two. It’s contagious and how can you not have a great time?
I love doing shoots at Pike Place when the weather is questionable, and then turns beautiful. The great thing about it is there are less crowds.
Don’t get me wrong… there are definitely still clouds… they are just smaller.
This way there is less weaving through people and when I get an idea for a shot, I can get it with minimal “watchers”. This was what it was like last Friday when I met Steven and Natalie downtown and it was glorious!
Enjoy! And please feel free to comment

Natalie, you look like a professional model in these pictures. Love the way you look through the camera to…us! My favorite pictures are the Post Alley and the shadow shots. But really they are all fantastic. Rebecca has an interesting perspective.

We had a blast, Rebecca! The rain stayed away and the wind didn’t cause my hair to look too wild! We can’t wait for the wedding day!

Fantastic, should just about sum it up. My favorite is the fire escape shot (where there were three pics in a row). I can’t wait for the wedding photos.
Great work Rebecca, I can see why they chose you.

They’re all good…but I especially like (in order from the top) shots 1, 4 (the 3-shot from above) and 6. And 10 is cool because it shows both of y’all’s dimples!

love, love, LOVE them!!! I really like the almost candid city shots: the kiss at the cafe; the fire esccape; the shot through the window; on the stairs under the tree and the silouette..so pretty!!

[…] A couple of Sundays ago, I had the pleasure of photographing Natalie and Steven’s wedding at the Pan Pacific Hotel here in Seattle. You might remember them from their fun Pike Place engagement session from this spring. […]
