Justine and Mikael | Engaged

These two like to laugh…. a lot! And  I love it. Their personalities are contagious and you can’t help but laugh along with them! These two have such a relaxed demeanor about them that you can tell that they have been by each others side for a long long time. They met in high school and have been laughing together ever since.

We met last weekend at the Ballard Locks and roamed around. It must have been prom weekend as there were TONS of giggly high school girls in prom dresses having a great time, which brought up the conversation of prom dates… and guess what. Justine was Mikaels! Love it.

The light was beautiful after a day of questionable weather  changes, and I had such a great time roaming around with these guys that I can’t wait for their August wedding!

Woot woot! Great lighting and use of asymmetry of the landscape! I like to see you branching out trying new shots! They’re super creative! 🙂

I was worried at first that the shots would all be so far away to include the backgrounds. I was happy to see the combination of distant, close-up and in between. Great expressions!

Creative shots of fantastic people. The black & white close-up image below the phone booth shots features a couple of expressions that I’ve grown quite familiar with over the last couple of years…

Love the bridge one. So many great pictures, places & angles! I adore the shadow of walking in the park. Like the lighting under the tree picture. And the one of you guys in the tree-awesome! I hope you don’t take this the wrong way, but the one of you two lying on the grass looks like the scene from twilight-so romantic. The close up on the telephone booth is cool and the black & white or gray picture of you two walking is beautiful too! Congratulations you guys!

Beautimous pictures! The tree one makes me kinda sad though…It’s a cool tree, but you guys are so far away from each other.

I’m such a sucker for black and white photos, but I also loved the creative framing in the first shot! Fantastic work!
